From our experience of training hundreds of athletes, and from our own careers in ultrarunning, we believe this to be true in many cases.

About Us

the team from up north

Based in Sweden, our team of professional coaches and ultra-runners offer you expert guidance. We have many years of experience coaching other athletes toward setting new National Records, as well as new Personal Bests.

We have personal experience from a diverse range of ultra-running and endurance departments — such as 24-hour running and multi-day running as well as skyrunning and ultra-trail and mountain-marathon running.

And yes, even though we live in Sweden, meaning we’re used to cold and long dark hours (i.e. harsh weather conditions), we can help you reach the finish line of a very hot and humid race, too!
