Are you looking for guidance to become a stronger and better ultrarunner? Or maybe you’re dreaming about trying an ultra for the first time, but don’t exactly know where to start? If you are ready to take the first step, we’re ready to support you along the journey. With a comprehensive training program, deep knowledge and experience of ultra running, we will help you reach your goal.
Suitable for aspiring ultra runners training towards a specific goal or the athlete who wants to use the following 10 months to maximize his or her potential. The program is tailored to help the athlete achieve distances of 50 miles to 100 k.

Starts three times per year
The program starts three times per year (1st October, 1st January, 1st June). Next start is 1st of January.
10 months to ultra gives you:
New training plan every 4th week, based on your current level and future goal.
Individually adapted training schedule in 4-week blocks (other than running sessions, workouts to increase strength, mobility and mental focus are also included)
The program is designed such that the athlete reaches his or her peak at the end of the 10-month coaching period
Monthly evaluations, with respons by email (1 email/month)
Follow-up and assessment during each 4-week period
Exercises for strength, technique, mobility and balance
Inspiring recipes and articles on nutrition — learn how to manage your everyday diet, as well as race specific energy
In-depth articles on the most important aspects of endurance and ultrarunning, exclusively written for the participants of the coaching program
Overview of the highlights of the month within the ultrarunning community
Mental exercises to help you overcome common obstacles
Tricks for better recovery, breathing techniques and an opportunity to deepen a meditation and mindfulness practice
Every month you receive an email containing everything you need for this month’s training and challenges — training plans, clear instructions on all workouts and exercises, in-depth articles on nutrition and themes related to ultrarunning and endurance (e.g. pain management on race day, how to cope with mental challenges, managing hydration, how to resist the impulse to just stop running etc.).

Your training plan is based on your previous experience and what you aim to achieve.
Monthly evaluation and feedback
To make sure that your training plan is suitable for your current situation (and your future goal!), you fill out an evaluation form once a month. This ensures that you get the right amount of training, to help you develop your endurance skills in a safe and healthy way. You can even submit questions, and we’ll get back to you with feedback (1 email per month).
Sometimes life gets in the way of our goals. It’s completely normal and we have two options available for you, should you need to take a break.
Pause the program (for a period of 1 to 3 months)
Cancel subscription (from the date you contact us, telling us you’d like to unsubscribe, we have a notice of 3 months)
