Individualized and holistic training program, 10 month subscription. Next start: 1st of October.

For the aspiring ultra runner

Suitable for aspiring ultra runners who are training for a specific goal, or the athlete who wants to use the following 10 months to maximize his or her potential. The program is tailored to help the athlete achieve distances from 50 miles to 100 k.

10 months to ultra offers:

  • New training plan every 4th week, based on your current level and future goal.

  • Monthly evaluations, with feedback by e-mail (1 email/month).

  • Exercises for strength, technique, mobility and balance.

  • Inspiring recipes and articles on nutrition — learn how to manage your everyday diet, as well as race-specific energy.

  • In-depth articles covering the most important aspects of endurance, written exclusively for our athletes.

  • Mental exercises to help you overcome common obstacles.

Customized coaching

Tailored coaching to suit your specific needs, monthly subscription, start anytime.

Suitable for anyone training towards a specific goal or the athlete who is looking to really maximize his or her potential.

Customized coaching offers:

  • Flexible training plan every 4th week that can be revised if needed, delivered through Sportlyzer, a cloud-based training calendar that syncs with most GPS-watches.

  • Monthly evaluations.

  • Exercises for strength, technique, mobility and balance.

  • Inspiring recipes and articles on nutrition — learn how to manage your everyday diet, as well as race specific energy.

  • In-depth articles on the most important aspects of endurance, written exclusively for our athletes.

  • Mental exercises to help you overcome common obstacles.

  • Weekly emails or texts for advice, feedback and questions.

  • One 30 minute Skype/phone call per month.

Unlimited coaching is suitable for the athlete who wants to become the best version of themselves, regardless of which challenges they face. Together, we take a holistic approach to life, personal growth and training, helping you achieve your goals.

You get your own professional coach, ready to help you realise your dreams. When you sign up for the Unlimited coaching, we make sure you get exactly what you need.

Unlimited coaching offers:

  • Unique training plan tailored to suit your specific needs and your schedule .

  • Unlimited access through email, text and chat.

  • One 30-60 minute Skype/phone call per month.

  • Flexible plan that can be revised if needed, delivered through Sportlyzer, a cloud-based training calendar that syncs with most GPS-watches.

  • Advice and feedback on everything related to your physical status and personal growth — whether it be diet, mental challenges, race day issues, equipment, injuries or planning the race season. Or pretty much anything else you’d like to discuss.
