  • Flexible training plan every 4th week that can be revised if needed, delivered through Sportlyzer, a cloud-based training calendar that syncs with most GPS-watches.

  • Monthly evaluations.

  • Exercises for strength, technique, mobility and balance.

  • Inspiring recipes and articles on nutrition — learn how to manage your everyday diet, as well as race specific energy.

  • In-depth articles on the most important aspects of endurance, written exclusively for our athletes.

  • Mental exercises to help you overcome common obstacles.

  • Weekly emails or texts for advice, feedback and questions.

  • One 30 minute Skype/phone call per month.
